Manipulation::Witchy Lady

Eeee look who hasn't fallen off the face of the Earth...yet. Finally got a manip done, and it actually felt SOOOO good since I haven't done one in forever. This is a manipulation for snowlarkmobile of her new character I designed who is unnamed, so I just call her Witchy Woman.
